Refund and Return Policy for Kay October, LLC

At Kay October, LLC we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. Please note that all purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you per the guidelines outlined below.

1. Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy

In the rare event that a Final Sale item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make exceptions and offer you a replacement or full refund. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kayoctoberco@gmail.com with the following details:

 

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the item showing any defects or damage

We will review your case and determine if a refund or replacement is necessary.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. 

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

 

Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
